Reports To: Director of D2D Marketing Play Your Part In Our Team Succeeding! Moxie Pest Control is seeking a qualified Community Manager to join our team to recruit for our Door-to-Door sales reps via social media. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a \xe2\x80\x98people person\xe2\x80\x99 with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, this role will act as the face and voice of our brand and monitor social media channels, attend job fairs, and maintain relationships with local colleges and community organizations. Core Responsibilities

• Source candidates via various databases. Attend career fairs and assist in screening candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct 1st interviews using the proper grading and screening tools.
• Recommend 2nd interviews and schedule 2nd interviews for the correct hiring manager.
• Assess applicants\xe2\x80\x99 relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Assist with project based tasks in updating recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges when applicable.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs any other project or task as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or community management
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful recruitment campaigns via social media, including TikTok
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with sales and/or the pest control industry is a plus
