Who we are looking for:

Swift is seeking a Community Manager who will be an integral part of our team, managing social channels to establish a connection between the brand, its community, and anyone who visits the brand\'s social profiles. In collaboration with Account, Project Management, Creative, Strategy, and Data Science teams, they\'ll craft and execute social campaigns, always on and reactive content for some of the most respected brands in the world. They\'ll also regularly communicate with client marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is a heavy social media user, staying up to date on trends across social channels. They\'re creative and a strategic thinker (ideally, with copywriting experience), able to bring fresh social content ideas to the table. They are a team player who is willing to step out of their daily role to get the work done.

What you\'ll do:

  • Craft | Scheduling and publishing of social content across brand social channels according to established content calendar.
  • Create | Surface memes and overall social trends for the brand to act on. Responsible for concepting and writing social posts adhering to the brand tone of voice, trends surfaced. Collaborate with Strategists to develop social playbook and strategy. Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities - including posting, community-outreach efforts, content seeding, promotions, etc.
  • Voice of the community | You will be the voice of the brand\'s community inside the agency. You will be the person who knows them the best and knows what they care about and share with the greater team.
  • Social Listening & Interaction | Proactively identify real time opportunities through social listening including comments on owned content as well as posts from fans. Interact with this content in a timely fashion, adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate | Work in close partnership with Data Science and Strategy teams to optimize content performance. Work closely with creatives to develop content for posting on all designated social media platforms.
  • Content Performance | Having a deep understanding of what is working is an area of improvement. Knowing what the community responds to and what will resonate.
  • Work Closely with Client Team | Work with Client Communicate closely with client teams in various contexts: content approval and publishing, social strategy presentations, and more.
Who you are:
  • Self-Starter | You are a proactive, self-starter with a knack for keeping a pulse on trends on social - best practices, platform updates, memes, and moments a brand can activate on. Are able to manage designated social media platforms.
  • Detail Oriented | You have to be organized and reliable. You have to be able to keep all of the work streams straight and stay on top of all your deadlines.
  • Strong Writer | Experience writing copy with a brand tone of voice, experience in social media post copy being a plus.
  • Analyzer | Having a good grasp on social media performance metrics; able to apply learnings from Data Science and Strategy teams to maximize content engagement.
  • Social Savvy | Heavy user of social media, especially X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok. Familiarity with publishing tools like Hootsuite, Sprinklr & Spredfast a plus.
  • Trend Spotter | The ideal candidate has proven ability to drive social engagement and effectively act on trends.
  • Collaborator | A team player comfortable collaborating and building relationships with client marketing teams and stakeholders, as well as internal strategy, creative, data science teams.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
