The Commercial Financial Analyst is responsible for providing key financial and analytical support to the global product line management team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing financial reports and analyses to support the growth and profitability of the business. This position requires advance analytical skills, with the ability to support the global business through the fostering of strong relationships across functions and across the globe.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide financial analysis, reporting and modeling to the global PCV product line.
  • Update weekly and monthly forecast models, providing updates of sales and booking data, effectively communicating results to leadership and management.
  • Develop a method for forecasting long-term bookings trends using CRM data.
  • Manage regular alignment calls between regions and product line management.
  • Maintain the division\xe2\x80\x99s bookings dashboard and ensure data accuracy.
  • Meet all monthly financial close deadlines and submit accurate results to financial management.
  • Reconcile bookings information from ERP to that of MyOrder and HFM.
  • Provide required data for monthly forecast, annual budget, and annual strategy.
  • Provide supporting documentation for month end closing activities as required.
  • Provide timely response for ad hoc financial analyses as required.
  • Perform other duties and projects as required.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or finance. MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years working with financial data and reports within a global and multi-entity corporate environment.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrable experience creating custom reports using BI software.
  • Working knowledge of Aurora (AS400), Microsoft Dynamics and MyOrders highly preferred.
  • Experience creating and maintaining management information dashboards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills; demonstrated ability to create positive relationships and partner across functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail, ability to deliver insightful and credible analysis to support decisions.
  • High-energy self-starter with history of successful accomplishments.
  • English fluency with excellent written, verbal, computer, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple deliverables, and work effectively in differing time zones with all levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
