The Color Coordinator oversees our annual color program. This includes working with customers on designs and budgets, procurement of plant material, scheduling of personnel and resources, and overseeing plant health. What You ll Do:

• Manage our annual color program including working directly with new and existing customers on designs and budgets
• Estimate a project, create a professional proposal for clients, and document and summarize completed job information for billing and profitability
• Responsible for ordering, scheduling delivery and installation of annual flowers
• Direct and lead employees in planting, maintaining and installing annual flowers
• Assess and maintain quality of workmanship and safety of job site and crew
• Keep abreast of new products, new practices and new services we could supply
• Other duties as assigned

• Possess a current, valid Idaho Driver s License
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with basic Spanish
• Strong Plant identification and cultural plant knowledge
• Strong customer service and project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient computer and smartphone skills
• Higher education in Horticulture and strong desire to continue to learn
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in nursery or landscape related field
• Proven ability to lead others with a positive, collaborative approach
