The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about supporting the current team of over 400 coaches who are working with clients, primarily through 1:1 coaching, and in finding solutions to seemingly impossible challenges. Job Purpose

The Coach Development Manager (CDM) reports to and works with the Director of Coach Development to monitor, evaluate, and accelerate the effectiveness of the organization\'s coach team, structure, and recruitment efforts. The Coach Development Manager is an effective people manager who seeks ways to improve the coach experience. They help manage a team of Executive Function Consultants (EFC) and work closely with the Customer Success Team. Our EFCs are highly credentialed, dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting our coaches to coach clients to tap into their potential to meet the challenges of life while setting goals and soaring to new heights. The Coach Development manager will design, implement, and deliver comprehensive coach support programs to improve the quality of coaching provided by the organization. This role will also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the coach development programs align with the organization\'s overall strategy and objectives.
Core Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Executive Function Consultants responsible for supporting the needs of coaches and clients.

  • Design coach development support systems that address the needs of coaches across the organization, including both new and experienced coaches.

  • Create training materials for Executive Function Consultant Specialty Roles.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase coaching utilization rates among clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to promote coaching services.

  • Analyze and track coaching utilization, satisfaction, and retention data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Work with coaches to ensure that coaching services are meeting the needs of clients and addressing their concerns.

  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on coaching utilization rates, client retention, and progress toward goals.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners (caregivers, referral sources, other departments) to increase awareness of coaching services and promote engagement.

  • Work with the Director of Coach Development to continuously evaluate and improve coaching processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including the Customer Success Team, to ensure the coach development programs align with the organization\'s overall strategy and objectives.

  • Assess the effectiveness of coach development programs and make necessary adjustments to improve program outcomes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques, tools, and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into coach development programs.

Qualifications

  • Master\'s degree in a related field such as coaching, education, or human resources.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching, management, or leadership development.

  • Strong understanding of coaching theory, practice, and techniques.

  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.

  • Must have a dedicated home workspace, reliable laptop/computer, internet, and phone.
Working conditions

This is a full-time remote position, which allows you the flexibility to work from home, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours, within the timeframe of 8-6 pm EST. Must be able to sit/stand for potentially a long period of time in front of a computer monitor/laptop and frequently use your home or cell phone.
Compensation

Starting at $60,000 up to $66,000 annually.
