An expert in Cloud services operations. This position will be the technical lead for all daily operations of the Cloud Services Operations. The Cloud Operations. Prioritize and coordinate the team\'s workflow. Sets guidelines for workflow, escalations, and communications about operational status. Manages incident tickets with staff and customers to maintain satisfaction levels. Establishes and enforces policies and procedures for the team. Assigns engineers as project resources and assists with project communications.
Team Lead is expected to be an active participant in all Cloud Services Operations activities.This includes but is not limited to incident resolution, alert response, event management, support requests, pro-active maintenance, provisioning and deployment of new systems. Responsible for problem solving complex issues. Demonstrates best practices. Mentors peers and aids in the career development of less experienced team members.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 10 years of experience within their area of technical responsibilities, in conjunction with project management, mostly within large enterprise environments, required.

• 3 years of experience as a technical lead or comparable supervisory experience, required.

• Experience deploying systems during construction phase of new facilities, required.

• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure platforms, infrastructure management tools, virtualization and virtualization management (VMWare vCenter), NetApp storage, alerting and event management systems, and automation tools, required.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required. Equivalent work experience be considered in lieu of Bachelor\'s degree.
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
• MCSE, Microsoft Certifications on version 2012 R2 or newer preferred
• VDP-DCV, VMWARE VCP (6.0 or 6.5), preferred
• NCDA Comment: NetApp NCDA, NCSA, NCSE, preferred

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Pay Range

$57.12 - $86.21 / hour
