Job Description
In This position you will.....
- Develop long term relationship with new and existing referral partners
- Coordinate and Lead Community education and awareness events including conferences, tours, and promotional events
- Support the discharge and aftercare planning needs for Sandstone\'s Northern Virginia facilities
Location: Remote - Colorado Territory Schedule: Flexible Schedule - Some evening/weekend hours are required to provide services needed Work Environment: Remote / Community Compensation: $63,000-93,000 Annual Salary (Based on Candidate Experience) + Bonus Incentives

Qualifications / Education / Experience:
- Experience working in the Mental Health / Behavioral Health and/or Substance Use space in an outreach / business development role is REQUIRED
- Previous experience in marketing and / or outreach is required
- Ideal candidate has discharge planning experience.
- Ideal candidate has business development experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word, and Excel preferred
- Must be highly self-motivated, very organized, detail-oriented, personable, outgoing and collaborative.
