Spa Southern Hills is growing and seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused team member to join our Front Desk & Spa Coordination team. This is a multi-role position supporting daily spa operations and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
This position supports the spa in three key areas:
Spa Coordinator
Assist with therapist schedules and daily spa flow
Support communication between guests, therapists, and front desk
Front Desk / Guest Services
Greet guests warmly and professionally
Schedule appointments and answer phones/emails
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments
Create positive first and last impressions
Tub Attendant
Prepare and reset hydrotherapy tub soaks and oxygen treatments
Provide thoughtful guest touches (beverages, neck wraps, Epsom salt infusions)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
Qualifications
Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable problem-solving and working as part of a team
Available for a flexible schedule between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including some weekends as part of a shared team schedule
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or spa/wellness is a plus
