We're a growing real estate team looking for our next key player - someone who wants to BUILD something, not just fill a seat. This isn't a typical admin role. You'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting 10+ agents and their clients while helping create systems that scale as we grow.
Real estate experience? NOT required.
We'll teach you the business. What we can't teach: hunger, positivity, and hustle.
The right person could grow into office manager, sales manager, or director of operations as our team expands. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a clear path up.
What You'll Actually Do
Your days will be varied - that's what makes this role exciting:
- track deadlines, coordinate with lenders/title/inspectors
Handle incoming leads
- first point of contact, nurturing, CRM management
Coordinate marketing efforts
- social media, content, managing virtual assistants
Run reception
- phones, emails, scheduling
Build and improve systems
- you'll see what needs fixing and make it happen
Support team growth
- help onboard new agents, coordinate team events
Some weeks are busier than others. You'll need to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and keep smiling when things get chaotic.
