Member Experience & Operations Coordinator @ Fit For You (Part-Time, In-Person)

Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri o 7:30 AM-11:30 AM (16 hrs/week)

Fit For You is a Women's Only Strength Training Gym seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Member Experience & Operations Coordinator. This role supports daily operations, enhances the member experience, and keeps the gym running smoothly. In-person only.

Responsibilities

Welcome members and assist with new client onboarding Run InBody 970 body composition scans (training provided) Manage email and social media inbox and respond to client questions Handle scheduling issues and basic app troubleshooting Set up free trial sessions and support new-client flow Post announcements in the app, gym, and website Track InBody scan dates and send reminders Assist with membership issues (billing questions, late cancels) Cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, bathroom supplies Move/organize dumbbells, kettlebells, and small equipment as needed Create simple Canva graphics for in-gym announcements Support overall organization and resolve small issues independently

Requirements

Strong customer service skills; warm and member-focused Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Clear, competent written communication Outgoing, positive, and confident Comfortable speaking with members and guiding new clients Able to lift/move light equipment (DBs/KBs) Punctual, reliable, and follows systems Professional, friendly, and aligned with the FFY vibe

Preferred Experience

Administrative or customer service roles Canva (basic graphics) Fitness studio or gym environment (not required)
