The Client Experience Associate (CEA) plays an integral role in the Zephyr community. As the first person to greet riders as they arrive, to the last person they see, the front desk staff role is to create warm, heartfelt connections with clients. The CEA collaborates with instructors to provide the highest level of guest experience, including making new riders feel welcome and safe in the Zephyr space. Primary responsibilities also include working with clients to determine the appropriate membership for new and experienced members, maintaining a clean and tidy
space, and assisting with administrative tasks. Must be available to work 10 hours per week as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
Duties
Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt, friendly, and professional support in multiple languages.
Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management through outbound and inbound calls.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using data entry skills.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently while fostering positive relationships.
Implement cleaning procedures in order to provide a clean space.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 - 15 per week
