About the Role



This isn't your average front desk job. As the Concierge, you'll be the heartbeat of the client experience -- greeting patients, managing daily flow, coordinating appointments, tracking client results, and helping people feel cared for from start to finish. You'll also play a key role in sales, education, and client engagement, helping guests discover services that elevate their wellness and results. This position is perfect for someone who is professional, proactive, and passionate about both people and performance.

What You'll Do



Be the first warm, professional face every client sees -- in person and on the phone. Educate clients about Fit Medical's services (IV therapy, peptides, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, aesthetics, and recovery programs). Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments with precision and care. Track client progress, membership activity, and data metrics to improve retention and satisfaction. Identify and close upsell opportunities -- you'll earn commission on your results. Maintain clear daily communication with management, reporting sales, supply needs, and client updates at the end of each shift. Keep the space immaculate, organized, and welcoming -- from the front desk to the IV lounge. Assist in client retention campaigns, community events, and social media or email initiatives.

Who You Are



You have 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, med-spa, wellness, or luxury service. You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure -- you love juggling details and seeing them through. You are confident speaking to people, educating clients, and building rapport that leads to results. You're eager to learn about medical wellness, aesthetics, and functional health -- and you'll put in the effort to become an expert. You're a true team player -- supportive, communicative, and always willing to help colleagues create the best client experience possible. You have a "show me, don't tell me" mindset -- you believe success comes from showing up, being consistent, and proving your value. You handle challenges with maturity and see feedback as a way to grow. You're tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM or EMR systems (we'll train you on ours). Weekend or evening availability is a plus.

Compensation & Growth



$20/hour base pay + commission on sales and upsells (memberships, packages, retail, and cross-suite conversions). Performance bonuses and milestone incentives.
