Job Description
The Claims Services team is an energetic team which provides support for our Claims Enterprise. In this role, you will work in conjunction with our claims staff to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will work under general supervision and be self-reliant in accomplishing objectives. A few notable responsibilities include:
- Process claims payments and forms
- Manage incoming claim calls
- Order police reports and medical records
- Enter new loss information
- Process salvage & theft titles
- Handle special projects as assigned
Someone in this role will be successful if they have the following skills or experience:
- Ability to consistently exhibit a high level of customer service
- Interpersonal skills (e.g., able to communicate effectively with others and share your views)
- Ability to manage caseload using excellent time management skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Data entry
- Proficiency with computers and current technology
- Oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
