Basic Job Functions:
The responsibilities of the Claims Administrator include, but are not limited to:
Work cross-functionally with all departments and brands across NIPG regarding claims.
Process claim intake, entry, file management, follow-up, and closing.
Process related functions: RGA\xe2\x80\x99s, back-charges, and credits.
Follow-up, update daily, and request needed information to ensure claims are moving forward.
Follow up on needed remake material, backcharges, or credits for claim closure.
Coordinate vendor services when required for claim remediation.
Coordinate Claim site visits with Field Services.
Provide technical assistance when feasible.
Occasional travel, <10%

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Project Management Cert, Materials/Construction related experience.
Understanding of NIPG products and how they are used.
Industry specific experience.
Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation.
