Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient service while supporting the chiropractor in all aspects of the practice.

Responsibilities


- Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival
- Manage office tasks such as scheduling appointments, Answering calls/emails/texts, Scanning & filing, & Tracking/ordering inventory
- Perform insurance verification & Explain fees to patients/collect Co-Payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation, Register new patients and update existing patient information
- Utilize medical coding knowledge for billing purposes, Look up insurance claims and post payments

Experience


- Previous experience in a healthcare role or similar position is preferred
- Familiarity with insurance verification & billing
- Ability to manage office tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using basic office equipment such as computers, printers, and multi-line phones

Office Hours:

Monday: 8:30a-6p

Tuesday: 8:30a-6p

Wednesday: 8:30a-6p

Thursday: 8:30a-1:00p

No Weekends!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
