Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient service, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support the clinical staff in a fast-paced chiropractic practice. Duties



Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments using EMR systems such as Eclipse Collect payments Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation review and health information management Assist with patient intake procedures, including updating medical histories and verifying demographic information Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service Prepare and review care plans, documentation, and medical records for accuracy and completeness Support clinical staff with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry (10 key typing), and managing office supplies Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy standards and confidentiality protocols at all times

Qualifications



Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred; clinic experience is highly desirable Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Eclipse Knowledge of medical coding including CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10 coding systems for billing purposes Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care and general healthcare practices Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with health information management software Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and record keeping Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse patient populations Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.0 - 40.0 per week
