What you'll do
Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations to create a friendly atmosphere.
Schedule appointments efficiently and handle medical records with precision.
Assist in the intake process by collecting patient information and verifying insurance coverage.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive patient data.
Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Basic qualifications
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Proficient typing skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications
Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting, preferably as a medical receptionist or administrative support.
