ProWellness Chiropractic & Rehab is a well-established, fast-growing multidisciplinary clinic offering Chiropractic Care, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Regenerative Medicine. Our team is dedicated to helping patients reach optimal health through individualized care plans and a collaborative, patient-centered approach. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The Chiropractic Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys helping others, and values a team-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner Manage and maintain accurate patient records and charts (both paper and electronic) Verify insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and explain coverage details to patients Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple providers Assist with patient care Process patient payments and maintain accurate billing records Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area Support patient education and ensure patients understand their treatment plans Assist with occasional administrative and marketing tasks Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of the office Prepare for daily office opening and closing Communicate professionally with patients and insurance companies through e-mail, fax, text and telephone

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of customer service experience (medical office preferred) Strong computer, phone, and multitasking skills Experience with medical scheduling and electronic health records (EHR) a plus Background in healthcare, physical therapy, or chiropractic care is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
