Oversee the monthly financial operations of the company
Engage closely with the employees, outside vendors and stakeholders
Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to administrative issues
Handle investor communications for CEO and other team members
Plan board and executive meetings
Support CEO in strategic planning and implementation of initiatives and programs
Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in a support role, manage the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s schedule, scheduling meetings and planning travel
Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to CEO
Draft letters, emails, reports and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
Oversee strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation, and provide tactical support to implement ideas
Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
Board governance and planning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshops
Create or improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leader
Responding to inquiries on behalf of the CEO
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business or Project Management or similar field
MBA or Graduate degree is a plus
5-8 years of experience in a business management role or executive role
Working with a start-up organization is a plus
Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Leadership and management skills a must
