The Role:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for overseeing all marketing operations for ISMG and developing our marketing strategy and vision.

You will report directly to the General Manager and CEO as you build and lead a superb in-house marketing team.

Your duties will include managing all marketing operations, assessing and improving existing initiatives, and devising new strategies to increase revenue across the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to tailor marketing strategies to complement the organization\xe2\x80\x99s objectives. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully provide guidance to your team, and you will have a vast knowledge of current marketing trends and the overall competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to monitor trends a stay abreast of competitor positioning to appropriately drive market researching efforts for the organization as a whole.
  • Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service,
distribution etc. that meets market demands.
  • Define marketing strategies to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategies and objectives.
  • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
  • Plan and organize marketing function and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company\xe2\x80\x99s unique \xe2\x80\x9cvoice\xe2\x80\x9d.
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.).
  • Build and grow a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
  • Create a reliable network of strategic partnerships with external agencies and other marketing professionals.
  • Contributing to new business development initiatives.
Requirements & Desired Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or other related fields; MSc/MA will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
  • Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, Finance, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM).
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
