FCS Financial is looking for a dynamic individual that has the ability and desire to lead all aspects of the Associations finance functions and lead our Finance and Loan Accounting teams. The CFO is part of the Executive Leadership Team and works closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to execute the Association mission and business plan objectives. Expert knowledge in developing and implementing strategies for long range financial viability, responding to regulatory changes, developing and managing various budgets and capital plans, ensuring quality of financial reporting, determining portfolio pricing, ensuring appropriate internal controls, and proven leadership ability is required. A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, Certified Public Accountant preferred, 10 years of accounting; and five years of supervisory and leadership experience is desired. FCS Financial\xe2\x80\x99s Central Office located in Jefferson City is the preferred location. However, other locations will be considered based on the candidates\xe2\x80\x99 qualifications and needs.
