Job Description


Robert Half is looking for a Project professional for an interim opportunity as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and well-being of the organization. The CFO will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions.

- Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades

- Provide strategic management of the Accounting and Finance functions

- Manage accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

- Identify and resolve business risks and insurance requirements

- Manage independent auditor relationships

- Lead relationships with investors and investment institutions

- Develop improvements to ensure the integrity of a company\'s financial information

Requirements

- Proficiency in accounting software and other computer software

- A minimum of 10 years\' experience in a senior accounting/finance position

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

- Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment

- CPA designation or MBA highly preferred
