We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic finance team. Duties
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Generate client invoices each month, review for accuracy, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage
accounts receivable
, monitor outstanding balances, and oversee
collections
efforts when necessary.
Maintain general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and perform
bookkeeping
and
expense tracking

Oversee and manage company
budgets
, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and compliant with applicable laws and company policies.
Prepare and file
federal, state, and local tax returns

Collaborate with department heads and leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all financial matters.
Qualifications
Active
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
license required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of professional accounting experience (public or corporate).
Strong understanding of GAAP and applicable financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
