Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare meals for catering operations & prepared foods sold at each locations. This role requires a strong background in food preparation, kitchen & inventory management within a fast-paced hospitality environment

Responsibilities



Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes tailored to event requirements. Prepare soups, salads and prep foods for other locations. Prepare menus items for Grab and Go stations. Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to food safety standards and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas in compliance with health codes.

Requirements

Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety protocols, and dietary accommodations. Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry standards and practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
