What You'll Do

Prepare, assemble, and package gourmet meals for private aviation clients, supporting

private jet catering

and high-end

food production

Follow standardized recipes and detailed client requests Maintain quality, consistency, portioning, labeling, and timing Support ordering, receiving, and inventory management Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe production workspace

What You Bring

3+ years professional culinary experience (aviation or catering preferred) Strong knife skills and

scratch cooking

experience Organized, efficient, and calm during pace & volume Food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred) Valid driver's license + reliable transportation

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday-Friday | 8 PM-4 AM

Occasional weekend or holiday support as needed
