***This position is NOT REMOTE and is MONDAY-FRIDAY in our office. Saturday availability is a MUST as we are looking to expand our hours of operation. The hours vary from 8:00 AM-9:00 PM depending on the time of year.*** New Castle Installs is a home remodeling company that has been operating locally in the Treasure Valley over the last 6 years. We are a family owned small business that is currently looking for a Call Center/Customer Service representative in our office to help our growing company. No knowledge or previous experience is required but it is preferred. This position is NOT remote and is Monday-Saturday in our office. We are willing to train for this position and teach you the skills needed to advance in the industry. Wages start at $17.00 an hour with an aggressive bonus program and benefits. - Obtain client information by answering and making telephone calls, interviewing clients, and verifying information.
