Call Center Sales Representative \xe2\x80\x93 Fully Remote!
Compensation: Earn up to $20.00 per hour!
College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving is looking to add full-time Dedicated Call Center Representatives to our growing team!
This is a fully remote role however all team members must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MN, MS, MO, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI & WY. WHAT YOU\'LL GET:

• Hours of operation: We have dedicated team members available for our clients Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday 8am - Midnight EST and Sunday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 11:45pm EST - a successful candidate in this position will need to have flexibility in scheduling to include nights and weekends. Hours and schedule requirements will be discussed further at the time of interview.

• Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls and manage clients with exceptional WOW service as outlined by our code of conduct.
• Provide all required information to clients regarding College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving services and procedures.
• Represent our brand positively with each client interaction.
• Book all viable outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Maintain an acceptable close rate on all bookings.
• Comply with all Sales and Loyalty Center policies and procedures including but not limited to the Employee Handbook.
• Regular attendance is required as outlined in our policies.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent and proper oral and written communication skills
• Typing proficiency minimum 30 WPM
• Ability to demonstrate personal integrity in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills a must with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs
