National Vision is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative- eCommerce to join our growing team! This is a in-office role located in Lawrenceville, GA


The role is primarily responsible for assisting customers with placing orders and resolving issues while providing the highest level of customer service.

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

  • Assists customers with any questions regarding the placing or status of orders and concerns by utilizing our Hybris and retail systems.
  • Provides all necessary support to customer through phone calls, faxes and email.
  • Ensures excellent customer service by identifying and resolving customer related issues using SDS, our Medical Records system, as well as contacting outside medical personnel in accordance with Company policies.
  • Routes calls to the appropriate resource when applicable and documents calls on the case in Serve; our call management system.
  • Assists with on-the-job training as needed.
  • Cross-train into other areas of the call center to assist with department workflow.


Qualifications
  • 0-2 years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
  • Prior call center is a plus
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G. data processing, clerical/administrative, etc. Required
