NWI Baths.com is a growing bath remodeling company that is currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative for our Merrillville, IN office. Requirements Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, Call Center or Inside Sales experience, Customer Service experience, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues. 1. Schedule and confirm appointments 2. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls 3. Provide Customer Service 4. - Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
