Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort
Deliver food from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met
Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes, glasses, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness and organization
Assist with food handling tasks including plating, portioning, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
Support the kitchen staff by communicating guest orders clearly and promptly
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through regular cleaning, sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations
Help with setup and breakdown of dining spaces for service shifts or special events such as catering functions
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of service during busy hours
Uphold health and safety standards in all food handling, cleaning, and sanitation procedures
Skills
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; hospitality background is a plus
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with bussing, cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Familiarity with catering or hotel service environments is advantageous
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere
Basic understanding of food industry operations and hospitality best practices
