Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly and accurately to guests' tables. Ensure all dining areas are tidy by cleaning tables, chairs, and surrounding surfaces regularly. Support the kitchen staff with food handling tasks when necessary, maintaining proper hygiene standards. Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Help manage guest flow during busy periods by bussing tables promptly and preparing them for new guests. Maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service, addressing guest requests courteously. Follow safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning procedures, and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying trays or supplies. Knowledge of cleaning practices and food handling safety standards is a plus. Experience working in hotel or food industry environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
