BUSINESS OFFICE DIRECTOR



This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual with excellent customer service skills, time management skills, and ability to multitask.

As the Business Office Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. Your strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will contribute to the overall success of Margaret Pratt Community.

Schedule: Mon-Fri | Manager on Duty Rotation

The primary responsibility for this position is to be the assistant to the Executive Director, which includes all human resources needs for staff, and other support-type services for the Director.

Other responsibilities include:

Process company payroll Administer the employee benefits program Maintain all HR documentation Processing of A/R and A/P Assist with Community Sales Efforts Manage Collections
The Business Office Director also serves as the liaison between the Executive Director and staff and residents. Successful candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to utilize all Microsoft Office programs, and be very comfortable working computers and software applications.

Qualifications



Proven office management and administrative experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clerical tasks Experience in event planning and vendor management Knowledge of human resources, payroll, and budgeting Familiarity with medical office management and customer service principles Ability to manage schedules, train staff, and oversee team operations

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
