Job Summary
Assists patients, visitors, providers and office staff in a courteous and friendly manner. Performs all duties efficiently and timely, while maintaining a positive patient flow. Serves as an office liaison when required.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year of Experience in a Related Field that Involves Administrative Support and Customer Service Activities Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional): Experience can be substituted for successful completion of a Medical Office Administrative Assistant certificate program Required Certifications/Licensure: None. Required Training: None.
