Job Summary


We are currently seeking a reputable Financial Business Analyst for a region of healthcare food service accounts. The ideal candidate will share in our belief in the quality value of delivering superior hospitality to our premier clients. The successful candidate should possess savvy business skills, be a highly motivated professional, with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members and clients. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
  • Collecting, organizing, analyzing, preparing, and presenting qualitative and quantitative data that will be presented in multiple formats to achieve understanding by multiple targeted audiences as is requested by internal management, the client, and other key constituencies.
  • Assisting regional team in monthly revenue, expense, and PBO forecasting that is driven from monthly trends as well as operational activities & needs.
  • Conducting and organizing weekly or monthly units/system level relevant data/files that will focus on the financial aspect of running the business for Regional Vice President.
  • Monitoring internal controls and financial opportunities and risk associated with region financial needs & obligations.
  • Visiting or setting up regional calls with unit managements, VPO, RDOs as needed for coaching, sharing best practices, or teaching financial tools that will ensure Morrison/regional financial success.
  • Understanding and establishing a good working relationship with division business analyst, corporate finance and accounting departments.
  • Coordinating and/or assisting the region annual budgeting process to achieve the goals in a business\xe2\x80\x99s strategic plan & Year over year (YOY) growth.
  • Assist in providing other ad hoc reports and analyses at the request of management.
Qualifications:
  • Four year degree in accounting or finance
  • 3+ years accounting/finance experience for a large profit corporation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong Microsoft Access skills a plus.
  • Experience in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
