Responsibilities

Your Role Explained.

Roles and responsibilities of the Business Enablement Manager position include\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Business Engagement: Collaborates with department leaders and staff to drive adoption and implementation of project and program management methodologies (Traditional, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean). Evaluates project risks and issues; and collaborates with project teams to assemble mitigation plans. Ensures that project goals are accomplished and aligned with business objectives. Shares experiences, insights, and best practices to optimize performance and productivity across the enterprise. Implements processes; and conducts trainings and demonstrations.
  • Communication: Communicates with leadership and others on the development and execution of project plans to determine project resource allocations. Keeps leadership and other stakeholders up to date regarding project scope, status, risks, and issues; helps develop mitigation options and plans as necessary. Reviews, evaluates, and prepares regular project performance reports.
  • Project Planning: Participates in project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, and appropriate processes for accomplishing projects. Ensures that projects are scoped, estimated, and resourced accurately to achieve expected business outcomes. Oversees project planning, resource management, and program/project delivery.
Qualifications

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For.

To ensure success within this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following skillsets and experience\xe2\x80\xa6

Minimum Requirements
  • Six years of experience managing multiple complex business and technical projects simultaneously.
  • Five years of experience managing Guidewire software projects, project teams, and knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Five years of experience leading, managing or supervising others.
Preferred Skillsets and Experience
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science in Project Management, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient skills in Project Management Methodologies, software and tools.
  • Traditional
  • Agile
  • Scrum
  • SAFe
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft tools and business processes.
  • M365 App, Jira, Rally, etc.
  • SAFe and Agile Certification or the ability to quickly obtain certification.
  • Insurance industry knowledge.
The pay range for this position is $104,345 - $142,955 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The company also offers a full range of medical, financial and other benefits, including eligibility for the company\xe2\x80\x99s performance sharing plan and paid time off such as holidays, vacation, sick and personal holidays.

This position is 100% remote.
