Walmart Business Support Manager [BSM] Position Summary Position Description This role requires you to be on your toes and pivot at a moment\xe2\x80\x99s notice. You will need to be able to prioritize your workload based on tight deadlines and multiple projects happening at one time. You should be well versed in MS Office Suite, with a heavy emphasis in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This role will work in tandem with the team on ecommerce initiatives and in store projects. The incumbent will be responsible for weekly sales reporting to sales field as well and maintaining a monthly communication letter to the company. Responsibilities

• Track and resolve price variances, release orders, coordinate CTL testing, as well as, manage program integrity, new item creation and related functions.
• Partner with account team members to resolve customer concerns and manage vendor issues including advertising and logistics.
• Organize and coordinate the exchange of relevant customer, account, product, and pricing information between ours and Walmart\'s sellers.
• Manage sales & inventory related databases and generate/distribute related reports to facilitate sales/profit optimization.
• Create, maintain and run daily/weekly/monthly reports including budgets, scorecards, promotions, and pricing.
• Perform a range of administrative and sales support responsibilities and implement related efficiencies that result in improved service and account performance, as well as enhanced credibility with the customer.

Education Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business or related field or 5+ years equivalent experience in CPG calling on Walmart & Sam\xe2\x80\x99s Club Required Competencies: 1. Review MRP (Material Resource Planning) requirements on a regular basis for assigned items/materials/services and react accordingly in order to maintain inventory levels based on established guidelines to support manufacturing demand. 2. Responsible for assuring that purchase orders are placed and that deliveries are scheduled and maintained in order to meet production requirements 3. Expedite current deliveries and adjust purchase order dates to comply with business requirements. Maintain accurate information for proper payment to suppliers 4. Process non-conforming materials and request root cause corrective action with suppliers to prevent reoccurrences 5. Request, prepare, and analyze quote packages for internal customers 6. Work with Planning and Supplier Engineering to communicate supplier issues and to establish alternate buying methods as appropriate 7. Work with suppliers to achieve 100% quality,100% on time delivery, and best total cost for the company 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
