We're hiring
Business Development Representatives
who can walk into a company -- or get on a call -- and show how automation and AI can save hours, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue. This is a high-performance, equity-based role for closers who want to own a vertical and get paid for results, not time.
About the Role
You'll work directly with executive leadership to identify, pitch, and close automation and AI solution deals across industries -- from logistics to healthcare, finance, and professional services. You'll be the bridge between our technical team and real-world business needs.
You'll Be Responsible For
Prospecting and building pipelines with SMB and enterprise clients
Identifying automation opportunities within operations, customer experience, and workflow systems
Meeting with decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, CTOs) and scoping business pain points
Closing high-margin AI and automation deals, from pilots to enterprise deployments
Building partnerships that scale AAIA's footprint across industries
Driving the Enterprise & SMB Division from early traction to high-volume growth
Compensation & Equity
Pay range:
$100 - $400 per hour (performance-based)
Equity earnings:
up to
25-40%

You're a Fit If You
Are a relentless closer who thrives on outbound hustle and strategic sales
Have experience selling SaaS, automation, or AI-driven solutions to SMBs or enterprises
Understand how to diagnose inefficiencies and map them to tech solutions
Can simplify complex AI concepts for business leaders
Are motivated by ownership, performance, and building something from scratch
Can handle full-cycle sales: prospect ? pitch ? close ? renew
Nice-to-Haves
Existing client base or network in target verticals (healthcare, finance, logistics, retail, etc.)
Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, UiPath, custom API workflows, etc.)
Background in management consulting or solution architecture
