You're a Fit If You

Are a relentless relationship builder who can turn conversations into contracts Have experience selling to schools, districts, or education agencies Understand RFPs, procurement processes, and funding mechanisms in education Are willing to grind -- calls, demos, follow-ups, repeat Are motivated by ownership, not just commissions Can communicate AI's value to non-technical education leaders Have charisma, credibility, and grit
Nice-to-Haves

Existing network of district leaders, state education contacts, or edtech buyers Prior experience with EdTech, AI, or SaaS solutions Familiarity with education procurement and funding cycles (ESSER, Title funds, etc.)
What You Get

Real equity and ownership of AAIA's Education Division Full remote flexibility with full-time commitment Direct collaboration with the CEO and core leadership A chance to build the future of AI in education from the ground up Unlimited earning potential -- tied to results, not hierarchy
