RUTTERKEY SOLUTIONS LLC JOB DESCRIPTION RutterKey has a strategic plan to build a globally connected team of ERP implementation specialists. We are looking for new team members who can implement large scale ERP systems, help develop and deploy unique solutions for our customers, innovate, identify diverse business needs and challenges and work with our consultants and developers to see our new products thrive in the ever- changing business landscape. POSITION TITLE: Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Finance Focus - Remote REPORTS TO: Senior Business Analyst POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: In this role as a Business Analyst with a focus in finance you will ensure the successful implementation of the IFS finance module with customers through product and implementation expertise. You will analyze and review customer needs to map the requirements to the capabilities of our IFS system. You will configure and customize finance modules to achieve the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements. You will ensure proper documentation and prepare work instructions to provide the ability to modify the software on ongoing basis. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: \xc2\xb7 A profound interest in how systems can support business processes, preferably you have been involved in implementation projects or upgrades. \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in working with finance projects, writing specifications, configuring applications, conducting training, documentation, etc. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of relational databases, SQL and XML is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. \xc2\xb7 Good at guiding our customers in how to best utilize the IFS applications in relation to their business requirements. \xc2\xb7 Confident in designing solutions, challenge and advise customers, and deliver on expectation thus ensuring success for both parties. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, Business or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Basic project management skills required \xc2\xb7 ERP Implementation experience, particularly with IFS- as customer or implementation team member \xc2\xb7 Must have at least two full-lifecycle ERP cloud Finance Implementations \xc2\xb7 Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, and Expense Management \xc2\xb7 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in implementing Financial, and/or Expense Management ERP solutions (IFS,SAP, Oracle, etc.) as either a consultant or customer \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years finance project experience working with clients, providing subject matter guidance and training, ensuring that the implementation follows established practice configuration principles \xc2\xb7 Be prepared to travel 50% of the time \xc2\xb7 Must be US or UK based- legally authorized to work in either region Please note currently we are not able to support applicants requiring visa sponsorship.
