Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests
- Manage waitlist and reservations
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Take and relay messages for restaurant staff
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a host/host or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest service principles
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
