As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast items while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your hospitality skills will shine as you engage with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well taken care of during their morning meal.

Responsibilities

MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS Prepare and present a selection of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, in accordance with food safety standards. Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and attractively displayed. Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast needs. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and buffet stations throughout the service period. Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism, demonstrating strong communication skills. Assist in meal preparation and cooking as required, ensuring adherence to culinary standards. Monitor food inventory levels and report any shortages to management promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is an advantage, particularly in roles involving cooking or serving. Barista or culinary experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with guests and team members. A background in delivery driving may also be advantageous for assisting with any necessary supply runs.
