What You'll Do

Brand & Design Leadership

- Lead the charge in brand design innovation. Push creative boundaries and reimagine what's possible to elevate client brands through visionary design and strategic storytelling.

Creative Execution

- Manage and execute a high volume of creative projects across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints, from catalogs, sell sheets, and social content to complete brand identities. Deliver precision, design beauty, and consistency every time.

Collaboration & Partnership

- Work hand-in-hand with project managers, developers, and department leads to bring creative ideas to life. Proactively offer solutions that enhance client value and uncover new opportunities for design-driven growth.

Brand Growth & Research

- Identify emerging brands and companies ripe for transformation. Develop proposals and RFP responses that position PMC as the creative force behind their next evolution.

Creative Systems & Structure

- Establish and document design workflows and SOPs that strengthen team efficiency and lay the foundation for future creative department growth.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration

- Partner with the web development team to deliver cohesive, high-impact creative assets that integrate design with digital performance.

Time & Resource Management

- Prioritize like a pro. Deliver on time, every time, balancing speed, precision, and creativity in a high-volume environment.

Client-Facing Confidence

- Represent PMC with polish, professionalism, and presence. Lead presentations, pitch creative ideas, and build trusted relationships with clients. When it's time to meet the client: it's all business.

Continuous Creativity

- Keep the creative energy flowing by concepting, experimenting, and innovating between projects.

What You Bring

Proven experience in brand design and creative development, ideally within a high-performance marketing or agency setting Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and deep understanding of design best practices for print, digital, and motion Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining elite creative quality Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills with a confident, client-ready presentation style A strategic, forward-thinking design mindset, always anticipating trends, always innovating Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead creative discussions, pitch ideas, and inspire both clients and teammates Adaptability and composure in fast-paced or high-stakes client interactions, turning feedback into opportunity
