Job Description

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Initiates all brand projects and oversees the design process to deliver final creative solutions to Sheetz internal customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned) * Serve as the main point of contact across the organization to receive brand project requests

• Communicate project needs to responsible members of brand leadership team for continued project planning as required
• Once project deliverables are identified, supervise initial set-up and monitoring for each design project in coordination with brand design team and project owner.
• Work directly with customers to determine effective creative solutions for all projects.
• Oversee communication with key stakeholders throughout design portion of project lifespan and ensure they are continuously updated on project status and timeline adjustments.
• Manage project flow with external agencies and affiliated firms to ensure complete satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Receive estimates and secure budgets for creative development and monitor spending against approved budgets.
• Ensure collaboration with design team to ensure customer needs are met and the final project adheres to brand communication guidelines and identity standards.
• Oversee project update meetings with design team to ensure projects are moving according to timelines and creative solutions meet all requirements
• Coordinate creative presentations with clients and document follow up actions.
• Explore emerging forms of communication and digital mediums to ensure we are providing cutting edge solutions to clients.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• 4 year degree in marketing / advertising or related field required

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in advertising agency, brand marketing or related field required
