Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in and call-in customers, providing friendly, expert guidance Recommend phones, plans, and accessories to match customer needs Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals Support customers with activations, billing, and troubleshooting Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and promotions Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications
Native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong English skills Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Enthusiastic, dependable, and goal-driven Tech-savvy and eager to learn Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
