Provide excellent customer experiences in English and Spanish Recommend devices, plans, and accessories based on needs Reach and exceed store performance goals Handle activations, billing assistance, and device setup Maintain awareness of all promotions and updates Collaborate to keep a strong team environment
Qualifications
Fluent Spanish and English required Customer service or sales experience preferred Dependable, motivated, and personable Tech-savvy and adaptable Reliable transportation and flexible hours
