Interact with walk-in and phone customers, offering personalized assistance Match phones, plans, and accessories to customer preferences Achieve personal and storewide sales objectives Handle activations, billing questions, and troubleshooting Stay current on all new promotions and products Maintain a welcoming, teamwork-oriented store culture
Qualifications
Fluent or native Spanish speaker, confident in English Customer service or sales background preferred Reliable, goal-oriented, and personable Comfortable using technology daily Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility
