Job Description
The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for a Systems Administrator who would be interested in a full-time permanent opportunity with our well-known client located within the greater Chicago region. Here\'s what\'s needed from the right candidate:
- 2-3 years\' experience supporting retail networking and telephony
- 2-3 years\' of providing help desk support to stores, technicians, etchellip;
- Proficiency with SQL Developer for read-only to check data to id discrepancies
- Strong use and knowledge of remote desktop tools, Jira, File Systems, and deployment of patches and some scripting knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint plus MS Access
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication
- Must be process and detail oriented
- Ability to provide some after hours for patching, upgrades, or on-call support
- 2+ years of experience supporting POS systems: Aptos\\Epicore, POS Ready 2009, (Oracle Xstore, and Oracle Xoffice preferred)
