Overview
Springfield Acura is hiring a motivated, phone-driven Business Development Agent focused on outbound calling, prospecting, and generating appointments for our sales department.
What you'll do
Make 120 - 150 outbound calls daily Work unsold leads (Day 31 - 365+) Call service customers about upgrading their vehicle Call database customers to schedule an appointment Identify trade-in opportunities Nurture and reactivate past customers Set appointments for sales consultants Maintain CRM notes and tasks accurately
Requirements:
Strong phone communication Automotive BDC
5-years experience a MUST
Excellent follow-up skills Coachable and goal-orientedEARN UP TO $ 30 PER HOUR (
