Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Agent
to join our growing team. This role is critical to our sales operation and serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, goal-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound sales leads (phone, internet, text, and email)
Make outbound calls to follow up on internet inquiries, unsold prospects, and past customers
Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize appointment show rates
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Qualifications
Strong phone presence with clear, professional communication skills
Prior automotive BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and CRM experience a plus
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coachability
Reliable attendance and punctuality
