Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and be skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, along with a background in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments, is highly desirable. This role offers an opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests while working in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness Use POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub service Assist in setting up for special events such as banquets or private parties

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol serving practices Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Previous experience in brewing or catering is a plus Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
